One 9ra Thrills Fans at Son of the North Video Album Launch

Attracting many people to his musical concert is perhaps not a big deal for him as he has on multiple occasions defied the odds, broken barriers and taken territories with his music.

The much awaited Son of The North video album launch held at Radach Lodge and Conference Center on Friday October 20, 2017 was indeed a memorable one. As the sensational singer and Jeje hit maker, One 9ra pulled a massive crowd. The event opened with performances from various underground artistes.

Artists including SKY the Tamale Boy, Fancy Gadam, Maccasio, Don Sigli, Rastony, Nandos and Gaffachi and many more delivered exceptionally fantastic performances.

There was also a music video premiere. Videos of One 9ra including Jeje featuring Fancy Gadam, Give it to me featuring Maccasio, Party Hard featuring Episode were all screened. The response of the fans clearly demonstrated how much they enjoyed watching the videos.

This show is historic in the way that it brought together music giants Maccasio and Fancy Gadam on the same program lineup to show support to One 9ra, the headlining artiste. It also debunked the notion of unhealthy rivalry in the industry as it saw the various artistes showing up to support this incredibly talented artiste who has come to consider Tamale as his second home.

The name of the video album Son of the North, is one of the many accolades associated with Nigerian-born One 9ra whose dedication to the region’s music industry is enviably unparalleled.

The talented artiste announced today that he will dropping a new song on Saturday, October 28, 2017. That’s definitely something to look forward to.

The videos rate highly in terms of quality, concept and plot. All attested to the fact that the director, Joe Gameli indeed did an exceptional job. Immediately after the video show came the performance of many artistes. The show concluded with the electric performance of the VGMA Artiste of the Year Fancy Gadam.
